Banana and walnut ice-cream
Serves 2
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Freezing time: 3 hours
Ingredients:
2 ripe GIOIA® Bananas
100g nuts
1 tablespoon milk
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Method:
Slice the bananas and freeze for a minimum of 3 hours;
Take the frozen bananas out of the freezer and slightly defrost for about 20 minutes;
In a mixer, blend the banana, walnut, milk and cinnamon together
Serve and enjoy.
