Banana and walnut ice-cream

Serves 2
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Freezing time: 3 hours

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe GIOIA® Bananas
  • 100g nuts
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Method: 

  • Slice the bananas and freeze for a minimum of 3 hours;
  • Take the frozen bananas out of the freezer and slightly defrost for about 20 minutes;
  • In a mixer, blend the banana, walnut, milk and cinnamon together
  • Serve and enjoy.
