Banana and avocado smoothie

Serves 2
Preparation time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 sliced GIOIA® Bananas
  • 300ml chilled milk
  • 1 avocado, peeled and seed removed
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Method:

  • Mix all the ingredients together in a blender for a couple of minutes
  • Pour in a glass, serve and enjoy.
