Banana and walnut oatmeal
Serves 2
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
1 ripe GIOIA® Banana
200g quick-cooking oats
100g chopped walnuts
250ml low-fat milk
250ml water
Pinch of salt
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Method:
Combine milk, water and salt in a medium saucepan and heat until almost boiling
Add oats and stir until creamy for 1 to 2 minutes
Remove from heat. Add maple syrup, walnuts and sliced banana
Divide between 2 bowls
Serve and enjoy.
